Sample Heater Power Supplies
The LPS Series Linear Power Supplies and EPS Series Electron Beam Power
Supplies provide temperature control for sample heaters. Both LPS and EPS power supplies
feature a precision PID temperature controller for automated operation. These
power supplies are designed for Thermionics' sample heaters but may be used to
control other heaters. See specifications on this page
for maximum inputs and outputs.
