Thermocouple Instrumentation Feedthroughs

FETC series feedthroughs provide UHV feedthrough access for thermocouple instrumentation. All units are supplied with external connectors.

Standard FETC series feedthroughs are supplied with a 1.33″ OD mounting flange and are available with 1 or 2 thermocouple pairs.
