FHC Series High Current Electrical Feedthroughs

These feedthroughs provide high current path to the vacuum chamber.  The conductors are constructed of OFE copper and are available in water cooled and solid conductor models.

• Maximum current: 600 A1,600 A (water cooled)
• Maximum voltage: 3,000 V (below 10^-4 Torr)
• 2.75″ O.D flange
• Temperature Range: -200°C to 450°C
• Requires CMC-150 connectors
